REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY:
We want our customers happy; we know that without you we would not be, Contact us at (customerservice@nordicskin.com ) anytime; however due to the cosmeceutical nature of the products, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns on any opened products. IF product seal is un-tampered with, we will gladly accept returns (IF you E-MAIL us within 72 hours of receipt of your order for a return number and the product HAS NOT BEEN OPENED). We will not accept and/or cannot refund your account if product seal has been opened. S UGGESTION: when shipping a product back to NORDIC, ask UPS for a returned receipt required so you will know when we have received it back. All Shipping and handling fees on returned items are NON-REFUNDABLE, and your order is subject to a 15% restocking fee, THIS IS OUR POLICY! SHIPPING, TAXES AND BACKORDERS:
Shipping charges are not included in pricing. Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days. Orders are shipped either UPS or US Postal Service.
US orders, All Orders OVER $100.00 not including tax, shipped within continential United States receive free shipping.
All Orders shipped to local zip codes 12919, 12901, 12921, 12979 receive FREE SHIPPING, Always.
New York State orders must pay NYS Sales Tax.
Backorders: If an item you desire is in "out of stock status", E-mail us via (contact us). Let us know what item you want, we will notify you via E-MAIL as soon as it is available for you to order.
PROBLEM ORDERS: (All orders are quality controlled checked before shipping)
#1 DISCREPANCIES: Must be E-MAILED to NORDIC, upon receipt of your order. customerservice@nordicskin.com ,NORDIC Customer Service Department WILL get back to you.
#2 LOST ORDERS: You can track shipment via the UPS tracking number e-mailed to you at the time of shipment or E-Mail NORDIC customer service.
#3 DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive a damaged product, save entire box and contents for UPS INSPECTION, ( otherwise NORDIC will not be able to replace the product and you would still be responsible for the purchase). Please E-Mail NORDIC or contact your local UPS office immediately. (1800-pick-ups). A replacement will be issued immediately upon NORDIC's receipt of the UPS inspection report.
